Perch and Pine

Perch and Pine Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story home with a FIRE PIT nestled in mature trees on a 1.5 acre lot sitting atop a knoll in a private location.  Take a leisurely walk to the community lake with beach, hiking trails, river access, picnic tables, and more.

When you enter the home, you will immediately notice the pride of ownership as the home still looks new. The main floor plan is open and inviting, connecting living spaces together creating the ideal place to gather your entire group.  The living room has plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and leather side chairs.  Enjoy the WOOD BRUNING FIREPLACE and the large flat screen TV.  

The kitchen and dining areas are just steps from the living room.  It features all the conveniences of home including side by side refrigerator freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, toaster oven and a DRIP COFFEE MAKER.  There is plenty of counter space and ample dishes, utensils, and pats and pans for meals on the go.  The kitchen island with stools is perfect for morning coffee, chatting with the cook, or overflow dining.  A four-person formal dining table is ready for vacation meals or planning the day’s activities.  There is also a half bathroom on the main level off the living room.

The main floor Master Suite with private bathroom features KING SIZE BED, nightstands with reading lights, ceiling fan, and closet.  The private full master bathroom is equipped with a shower.  Our Guests love the washer and dryer on the main floor, just steps from the Master Bedroom.

Upstairs there are two Guest Rooms, which have a bed configuration ideal for the sleeping flexibility of any group.  Guest Room One features a QUEEN SIZE BED with nightstands and reading lights.  Guest Room Two has one DOUBLE BED and one TWIN BED and a flat screen TV.

The amazing outdoor area is what makes the Perch and Pine Cabin so unique and special.  Spend the day relaxing on the front full length covered porch, reading a book on the outdoor sofa.  If you prefer sunshine, the large rear deck is equipped with tons of outdoor seating.  The outdoor padded furniture has two rockers and two chairs.  Steps away is a table with umbrella and six chairs.  The GAS GRILL is adjacent to the tables, so grilling meals is very convenient.  But wait, there’s more.  In front of the home is a big stone patio with wood burning FIRE PIT.  Create lifetime memories seated in comfortable Adirondak chairs around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and talking under the stars.

Take a leisurely walk from the home to COMMUNITY AMENITIES including two private lakes, lakeside beach, lakeside picnic tables, river access with gazebo, hiking trails, small waterfall, and more.  These amenities are reserved just for community residents and their vacation renters in this private gated community.
