AUTUMN RIDGE CABIN offers mountain views and amazing sunrises over the Blue Ridge Mountain foothills.  This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features mountain views off the full-length upper deck, HOT TUB, grill, and FIRE PIT.

LOCATION is one of the best features of this home.  It’s centrally located between Lake Lure, Chimney Rock Village, Hendersonville, Asheville, and Black Mountain.  If you want to take short day trips to see all the area has to offer, this is the home for you.  Visit Lake Lure, Chimney Rock State Park, the Biltmore House, and so much more.  

Autumn Ridge Cabin sits high atop a grassy knoll, surrounded by a gently rolling private yard.  As you arrive there’s plenty of parking on the level paved driveway and you can park right beside the entry to the home.  With only four steps to get inside along the covered front porch, unloading luggage and groceries is easy.  As you open the front door, you’re immediately impressed by the open inviting floor plan and soaring vaulted ceilings.

The Living Room features light bright windows, wood floors, leather sofa, three comfortable reclining chairs, and an additional side chair.  Spend evenings sitting by the “gas stove style” FIREPLACE while watching the flat screen 42” SMART TV.  Work or play while you’re away with HIGH-SPEED INTERNET. Off the Living Room is also a half Guest Bathroom. A glass door leads to a full length COVERED REAR DECK with ceiling fans.  Here you can enjoy the mountain views as you sit in one of two rocking chairs or dine outside at the glass table with four chairs. Let’s go back inside.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including side-by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, and electric oven.  Other kitchen features include ample counter space, microwave, DRIP COFFEE MAKER, toaster, a variety of utensils and cookware, and plenty of dishes and glassware for everyone.  Just outside the kitchen door is a GAS BBQ GRILL.

The dining area has a table with four padded dining chairs and a bench for two. There’s even a highchair.  It’s ready for eating, playing games, or just planning the next day’s activities. For casual dining, pull up two bar stools to the breakfast bar.  If you want to eat outside, remember there’s a table on the deck.  All this dining flexibility keeps the group together for hours of fun and excitement. 

Many Guests enjoy that our Master Suite is on the main level.  That offers some privacy at the end of the day when the others go downstairs, and there might be somebody in your group who can’t do stairs very well.  There’s a KING SIZE BED, flat screen wall mounted TV, six-drawer dresser, nightstand with reading lamp, wood floors, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.  The private Master Bathroom has vanity with four drawers, large mirror, tile floor, dressing chair, and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs is a large Family Room, ideal for some of your group to have their own space.  Here you’ll find a user-friendly projector screen powered by a Firestick, and a PAC-MAN ARCADE GAME. There’s plenty of seating on the sleeper futon and reclining chairs.  Other features here include wood floors, ceiling fan, electric faux fireplace, board games, and a desk in the event you need to work away from home.

The first Guest Room downstairs has a QUEEN BED, nightstand with reading light, dresser with drawers, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.  The second Guest Room downstairs has a QUEEN BED, plus a bunk bed with TWIN MATTRESS on top and a FULL MATTRESS on the bottom.  The full lower-level bedroom has a bathtub with shower.

But wait … there’s more!  The lower-level full length covered deck has a four-person HOT TUB!  Just a few steps from the home is a spectacular FIRE PIT with plenty of seating for the entire group. Just imagine sitting by the fire eating s'mores and making lifelong memories.
